And to add a comment, click in the box below the idea.

If you would like to see all ideas created with a specific tag, you can click on the word or phrase via the tagcloud in the navigation sidebar area under "What we're discussing". You can also view ideas sorted by Campaigns from the right navigation area. To return to this page, click the All Ideas link.

We've used the Lean Startup Snowflakes at the #PoDojo for a while now and I would like to experiment with the game adding more elements from customer development, e.g. the business model canvas, customer interviews and customer segments

Trust canvas and anti-pattern cards

After a series of exercises and brainstorming sessions with various teams, we have clustered the most frequently occurring factors that positively influence Trust in teams. We created a new instrument which we are glad to share with you – the Team Trust Canvas and anti-pattern cards.

The main purpose of this tool is to build a discussion around the trust and possibly generate new rules or agreements in a team.
